-Experience: 2 years in an outpatient setting
-CA LVN
-Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal
- Flu vaccination (no declinations/no exemptions)
-Special Requirements: ***Requires recent experience/expertise with venipuncture*** JOB DETAILS:
-Weekend REQ: NO
-Floating REQ: YES, external to other IM/FM clinics
-Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
JOB DUTIES/ADDITIONAL UNIT INFO/CASELOAD: *** Will draw 1-5 vials of blood from every patient in a high-volume clinic (100+ patients per day/15 providers)***
