No insurance license? We're open to unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain their insurance license upon hire. Whether you're starting your first sales career or bringing experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or another people-focused role, we'll provide the support and training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. 
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. 
• Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options. 
• Follow up with leads and help develop new business opportunities. 
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers. 
• Assist customers with questions, renewals, and ongoing service needs. 
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the customer relationship. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 

What We're Looking For

• No insurance license required to apply.
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license upon hire. 
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 
• Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking with people. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached. 
• Organized and able to work effectively as part of a team. 
• Genuine desire to help people and serve the local community.
