Senior Financial Analyst

Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in Englewood, CO. Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and executive decision-making. This role will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, develop financial models, deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis, and collaborate with business leaders across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Variance analysis and financial performance reporting
- Revenue, expense, cash flow, and capital planning
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis
- Executive and Board-level reporting
- KPI development and dashboard creation
- Financial statement analysis
- Power BI and/or Tableau
- Data visualization and reporting automation
- Business performance analysis
- Executive stakeholder communication
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic decision support and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, advanced Excel skills, expertise in financial modeling, and experience with Power BI or Tableau
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Experience with ERP, planning, and financial systems optimization
- Strong presentation and communication skills
