About the Role Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist needed to join the Phoenix VA Radiology Service. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary: Up to $400,000 annually Annual Performance Bonus & Regular Salary Increases Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP): Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment* Sign-on Bonus: Up to 25% of your annual salary Paid-Time Off: 50 - 55 days of annual PTO (including leave, sick days, federal holidays, CME days) Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401(k) with up to 5% contribution by VA Insurance: Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance (carry into retirement) CME: Possible $1,000/year reimbursement Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided Flexible Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting Employment Requirements Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine Unrestricted License: One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory U.S. Citizenship: Non-citizens may be considered when qualified citizens are not available, per VA policy *This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP).
