Phoenix VA Radiology Service is seeking a Board-Certified Musculoskeletal Radiologist with a combination of General Radiology (No Mammo required) skill set. The Radiology Service at the Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona provides Radiology subspecialty services, inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services to Veterans across central Arizona. The Radiology Service is one of the largest clinical departments at PVAHCS with over 130 employees in 9 specialty divisions. Responsibilities Perform joint injections, arthrograms, and joint aspirations. Maintain clinical competency in general radiology and musculoskeletal imaging. Collaborate with subspecialists and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care. Participate in the education of radiology residents, medical trainees, and fellows. Present didactics, tumor boards, peer‑learning sessions, and specialty conferences. Engage in research projects as desired and feasible within clinical responsibilities. Qualifications ABR‑certified (or ABR‑eligible) with fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging preferred. Ability to perform joint injections, arthrograms, and joint aspirations. Experienced in clinical radiology with a good understanding of subspecialty functions and service offerings. Valid medical license in at least one U.S. state, and maintenance of all required certifications, including BLS certification. Commitment to a 60% focus on musculoskeletal radiology with remaining duties in general radiology. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary up to $400,000 annually, plus annual performance bonus and regular salary increases. Employment Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory, maintained continuously. Work Schedule Mon – Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Work will be performed at the Phoenix VA Health Care System Medical Center, 650 E.
