Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
• Occasional Friday overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
• Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr up to $22.00/hr based on machine operator level, experience, and qualifications .

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Work with team members and maintenance personnel to keep equipment running properly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating hydraulic manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drug screen and background check required.
