RN / Registered Nurse - Infusion

Overview Our home infusion nurses provide specialized care to patients 1:1 in their homes. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations for infusion nursing, pharmacy services, and state law. Follow INS, IgNS, CDC guidelines and the American Nurses Association code of ethics. Collaborate with pharmacy staff, sales partners, ordering providers, and patients to set and monitor therapy goals. Complete patient care documentation for in‑service visits. Manage vascular access devices, including peripheral infusion insertion and peripheral venipuncture for labs. Educate patients and caregivers. Evaluate progress toward goals and recommend changes to physicians. Coordinate care with home health and community agencies as needed. Participate in on‑call rotation as scheduled. Track mileage and report expenses monthly. Complete annual competencies and mandatory training by due dates. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing school. Valid nursing license in the state(s) of practice. Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse. Preferred experience in infusion and home health care; extensive IV therapy experience preferred. Current CPR certification. Flexible schedule with availability for various shift models. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; must meet company driving record standards. Must be willing to travel 100 % of the time, driving to patients’ homes for visits. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, stoop and type on a keyboard, and push/pull and lift/carry 10–30 lbs. Salary USD $42.00 – $45.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
