Manufacturing Cost Accounting Consultant

Bridgepoint Consulting, An Addison Group Company, is currently seeking Accountants at all levels of experience with strong cost accounting and inventory experience who want to join our growing Austin team, tasked with supporting our clients in a wide range of interim and project-based accounting needs. You’ll be a great fit if you have experience in: 5–8 years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience with mid-size companies Previous experience with manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and building and maintain job costing models Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead. Partner with plant managers and operations teams to identify cost savings opportunities and improve manufacturing performance Perform inventory accounting, including reconciliations, reserves, and valuation. Lead or support physical inventories and cycle count programs while investigating inventory discrepancies.
