Senior Cost Accountant - Marble Falls, TX (Austin Area)

I'm currently recruiting for a high-impact manufacturing finance opportunity supporting a growing operation in Marble Falls, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Cost Accountant or Plant Controller-level professional who enjoys being close to plant operations, partnering with leadership, and using financial insights to drive business decisions. Work Schedule: Initial onboarding period will require significant onsite presence to learn the operation, build relationships, and understand the manufacturing environment First 2 months will include time at the Marble Falls facility, additional plant locations, and company headquarters After ramp-up, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule: Approximately 3 days per week onsite at the Marble Falls facility and/or nearby company location Approximately 2 days per week remote Periodic travel to other manufacturing locations as needed Key responsibilities: Lead cost accounting and month-end close activities Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and operational performance Manage standard costing and inventory accounting Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects Partner closely with plant management and operations teams Provide financial insights that support continuous improvement initiatives Ideal background: 3-8 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience Experience supporting a plant or manufacturing operation Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory, and financial analysis ERP experience (Oracle or similar preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Compensation: Bonus/incentive opportunity Profit sharing Excellent benefits package This is a great opportunity for someone who wants broader plant ownership and a path toward a Plant Controller role. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bolton Group
