Inpatient Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Hilliard, Ohio

A healthcare facility in Hilliard, OH, is seeking four certified Pharmacy Technicians with IV certification to support their inpatient hospital pharmacy team on a 13-week contract starting June 14th. This role involves working in a fast-paced hospital setting, providing critical pharmacy support to ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution.


Schedule/Hours:

• Two positions: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend
• Two positions: 10:00 PM - end of shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications, including intravenous (IV) admixtures, under pharmacist supervision
• Accurately process inpatient medication orders in compliance with hospital protocols
• Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and ensure proper storage
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician certification
• IV Certification required
• Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment
