Description - Your Role

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established guidelines.
• Review results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection practices and prepare biological samples for various testing protocols.
• Keep accurate records of all procedures, train new team members or interns, and help maintain high lab quality standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Possession of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment duration.
