Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced hands‑on Software Engineer Technical Lead‑ GenAI to design and develop cutting‑edge AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Gen AI Applications that solve complex business problems. This role requires advanced proficiency in Angular for front‑end development and Python‑based micro‑services for the orchestration layer deployed to AWS EKS (Kubernetes). You will serve as a hands‑on engineer, working alongside Gen AI scientists, UX designers, product managers, and data engineers to shape and implement enterprise‑grade Gen AI solutions. Your Impact As a Software Engineer Technical Lead, you will design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions, including AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Gen AI Applications that tackle complex business challenges. This hands‑on role demands deep expertise in LLMs, multi‑modal AI, prompt engineering, and cloud‑native GenAI (CI/CD) deployments, as well as the ability to shape and implement enterprise‑grade Gen AI systems as both a technical thought leader. Architect and implement scalable Full Stack AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Gen AI applications to address diverse and complex business use cases. Develop, optimize, and maintain the front‑end using Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience. Design and deploy Python‑based microservices for robust orchestration and integration with AI models. Collaborate with Gen AI scientists to integrate machine learning models such as LLMs, RAG, and multi‑modal AI into the application architecture. Implement solutions leveraging modern design patterns and best practices for full stack development. Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front end and back end. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams of UI/UX designers, data engineers, and Gen AI scientists to build full‑stack Gen AI experiences. Integrate Gen AI solutions with enterprise platforms via API‑based methods and standardized patterns. Establish and enforce validation procedures with Evaluation Frameworks, bias mitigation, safety protocols, and guardrails for production‑ready deployment. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science related field. 8+ years of experience in full stack development, with 1+ years in applied Gen AI or LLM‑based solutions. Deep expertise in Angular, Python, and microservices architecture. Proven experience with cloud‑native development, particularly AWS services. Strong programming skills and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks. Demonstrated ability to work in cross‑functional agile teams. Strong programming skills and hands‑on experience with tools such as Python based Microservices, Angular based UI and CI/CD tool set. Expertise in building RAG architectures, data ingestion pipelines, and embedding‑driven retrieval systems. Collaborate Across Functions Work effectively with developers, designers, product managers, and data engineers. Communicate complex technical ideas clearly and lead teams towards shared goals. Champion Best Practices and Safety Implement rigorous validation and evaluation frameworks. Establish guardrails for bias mitigation, safety, and privacy. This position has an annualized market‑based salary range of $154,000 - $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
