10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead developer role. Mandatory hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, LWR, OmniStudio). Mandatory digital banking experience (retail, corporate, or payments). Strong expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components) and LWR (Lightning Web Runtime). Experience with Salesforce AI, AgentForce, and Einstein AI-driven solutions. Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
