Registered Nurse (RN) - Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, a premier extended-care facility in Beecher, Illinois. As an RN at Beecher Manor, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and experience a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care

• Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies

• Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Active Nursing License as required by the state

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements

• Ability to positively relate to residents and visitors

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism

• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable
