Neurology Physician

HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care in Decatur, IL is actively seeking a Neurologist to provide ongoing outpatient clinic coverage . This is a stable, long-term assignment with temp privileges available and a supportive team environment.

While the clinic prefers 5 schedules (Mon Fri) , they are open to considering alternative weekly setups for the right physician. IL license or IMLC accepted and we will assist with IL licensing for IMLC-qualified candidates .

• Setting: Outpatient Neurology clinic

• Schedule:

  • Preferred: Monday Friday, 7:30a 5:00p

  • Flexible options considered

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: Ongoing

• Patient Volume: pts/day

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: 1 RN (shared), 1 2 MAs, multiple office staff

• Privileges: Hospital/surgery center privileges required

• Temp Privileges: Yes (timeline depends on IL license status)

• Board Requirements: BC/BE

• Licensure:

  • IL license or IMLC eligible

  • We will help IMLC candidates secure IL licensure

• Procedures: Primarily general neurology outpatient; most advanced procedures not required

• No call, no inpatient, no admissions

• Long-term, consistent schedule

• Preference for 3-day weeks, but flexible for strong candidates

• Open to IMLC candidates with IL licensing support

• Temp privileges available
