Concord Preparatory School is seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Director of Admissions to lead local student recruitment and enrollment growth across Irvine and the greater Orange County area.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the full admissions funnel and building strong community connections to support sustained enrollment growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead the full admissions cycle: inquiry → application → enrollment → matriculation

Develop and execute local recruitment strategies to increase enrollment

Build partnerships with local schools, enrichment programs, and parent communities

Represent the school at community events, fairs, and outreach initiatives

Plan and manage admissions events (open houses, campus tours, info sessions)

Partner with Marketing on locally targeted campaigns and messaging

Track performance metrics, analyze data, and improve conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience as a Director of Admissions (Private high school preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Experience in local recruitment, community outreach, or school partnerships

Data-driven mindset with CRM and reporting experience

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Passion for education and commitment to student-centered engagement
