Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Miami, FL

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and San Juan markets to drive demand generation and patient access in Rheumatology. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacy partners
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong clinical, product, and market access acumen
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
- Must reside within assigned Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or San Juan territory
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
