Seasonal Sales Associate (Late Shift) As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, engaging customers and creating memorable shopping experiences while operating primarily during the 9:00PM–1:00AM shift with opportunities for daytime hours. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine and authentic interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements valued. 0–1 year of relevant retail or customer‑service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers. Team‑work orientation and adaptability to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient with basic retail computer systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, and lift light to moderate weight. Benefits & Compensation Hourly pay range:$15.00–$19.80USD.
