Seasonal Sales Associate (Late Shift) We are looking for a dynamic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team during peak season. This part‑time role requires primarily a 9:00PM–1:00AM shift with opportunities to work daytime hours. As the face of The North Face, you will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support sales, visual merchandising, and store operations. Primary Responsibilities Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss‑prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements valued. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and lift light to moderate weight as needed. Compensation & Benefits Hiring range: $15.00 – $19.80 per hour.
