Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Sawgrass Mills - Sunrise, FL)

Job Overview Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part‑Time Sales Lead for its Sawgrass Mills location in Sunrise, FL. The Sales Lead will provide a best‑in‑class retail customer experience, support sales and operations, and help customers shop seamlessly between the website and store. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves working closely with store supervisors and associates to meet aggressive sales and performance goals. Responsibilities Embody the company culture and values and provide guidance to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge of the fabrics, features, fit, and function of the product. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store (events, promotions, community projects). Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve overall customer experience. Maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to create a shopping experience that adds value to the customer’s purchase journey. Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge for all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs.). Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems. Self‑motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexible work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
