Description

• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, interventions, and patient progress in line with both facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless care delivery

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited educational institution

Certifications

• State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

• Previous clinical experience is highly preferred
