Work Days and Salary
- Minimum salary $45,850 to $62,700
- Signing bonus of $3,000 available with two year commitment
- BASSC paid pension (TRS) contribution in addition to salary
- Length of work year: 185 days
Contractual Benefits
- Sick leave and personal leave days o 14 sick leave and 3.5 personal leave days per year from start date through year 17 o 16 sick leave and 3.5 personal leave days per year for employees with 18 – 25 years of service o 20 sick leave and 3.5 personal leave days per year for employees with 26+ years of service o Sick and personal leave not used in the year of service for which it is granted shall accumulate as sick leave.
- Single health insurance paid 100% by the district
- Please note Family insurance information is based on 2025-2026 School year rates: o Family health insurance paid 90% by the district o Employee family coverage costs employee $190.00 per month.
- Personal travel budget for professional development
- Work mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
