This contract opportunity is designed for professionals passionate about facilitating student growth and communication success in a virtual setting. Services are offered remotely with an on-site proctor available to assist, ensuring smooth collaboration and student engagement.
Your background working within school systems—especially in Michigan—will help you thrive. The ideal candidate has prior experience in MI schools and completed fingerprinting, allowing for an immediate and seamless onboarding process.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), eligible for work in Michigan
- Experience delivering teletherapy services within school environments
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and IEP processes
- Completion of state-required fingerprinting (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language assessments, intervention, and support to K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and on-site proctors to ensure comprehensive student care
- Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Deliver engaging, individualized therapy sessions that foster student progress
- Adapt intervention strategies to best serve students in a remote learning environment
This fully remote position allows you to influence student achievements from your preferred workspace. Contracts run through June 10, 2027, offering stability along with the flexibility that teletherapy provides.
