Desired Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP certification required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Authorization to work in the US
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs
• Develop, write, and implement individualized IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students, both one-on-one and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Track student outcomes and adapt intervention strategies as necessary
