Role Expectations: Assist local business owners in saving money on credit card processing. Use a mix of warm leads and referrals to prospect effectively. Attend marketing appointments and present Riverside's products and services. Employ Riverside's proven sales techniques to negotiate and finalize new deals. Collaborate with National Sales Managers for support and additional training. Follow up with leads and move them through the sales process. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills. Join daily conference calls focused on incentives and rewards. This is primarily a field sales role, working directly with business owners. Qualifications: Preferably have a background in customer service. Experience in field sales or door-to-door B2B sales is highly valuable. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage them through to closure. Self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing individuals are encouraged to apply. Strong networking and self-marketing skills to generate leads. Excellent time management, communication, and integrity. We can teach the rest! Position Benefits: Comprehensive training and mentorship from Riverside's National Sales Managers. Base salary plus commission with a total compensation potential of $60,000 to $80,000. Recruiting bonuses and a referral program. Ability to work remotely and meet virtually. Weekly production bonuses and opportunity for travel expense reimbursement. Gas stipend and per diem for travel-related costs. Opportunities for advancement into field leadership and training roles.
