Job Summary:

Our Bike Mechanics are responsible for assisting in-store service operations, expertly providing quality tune-ups and repairs, building bikes, and offering world-class customer experience, contributing to the success of the team and the entire company. Join us in creating the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests! 

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.69/hr

• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

• Shift Type: Full Time hours available 

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

• Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide customer service to determine service needs. 

• Build new bikes and complete initial service/safety checks. 

• Complete routine maintenance; brake bleeds, derailleur adjustments, trueing wheels, suspension service etc. 

• Tune and repair bikes using the proper tools while following all safety procedures. 

• Assist in generating bike and accessory sales. 

• May be responsible for ordering tools, shop equipment, vendor warranty items or special orders based on shop needs. 

• Complete accurate work order paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner. 

• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Previous experience with various bike components, service tools, and machinery 

• Desire to learn and grow 

• Passion for cycling / bicycles

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English 

• Ability to stand and move in an active for extended periods 

• Experience in customer service preferred 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
