Assistant Project Manager

A well-established General Contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their Phoenix team. The ideal candidate will support the project team through planning, execution, and completion while assisting with project documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and financial tracking. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project documentation Assist with project schedules, deadlines, and overall project coordination Assist with estimating, bidding, and procurement activities Review plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders Track project costs, changes, and commitments Effectively communicate project progress and potential issues to the project team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 1–3 years of construction experience Ground-up commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software #J-18808-Ljbffr Centurion Selection
