Description:

Client is seeking an Inbound Fraud Representative to assist customers with potential fraud concerns. The role involves reviewing accounts, researching customer issues, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to potential fraud issues.
• Review customer accounts, investigate concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and build positive customer relationships.
• Identify problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

• At least 24 months of customer service experience or equivalent military experience.
• Must reside within 60 miles of Charlotte, NC, for in-person training and occasional onsite activities.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Availability to work evening hours and at least one weekend day.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and provide fingerprints.
• Must meet Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12+ months of banking or financial industry experience.
• 12+ months of virtual work experience.
• 12+ months of call center experience.
• Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
