Pay Rate: $18.00 / hr
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fabricator to cut, groove, and prepare pipe materials in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must have pipe industry experience, power tool mastery, and high measurement accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Use plasma cutters , power saws, and handheld power tools to cut metal pipe to exact specs.
- Perform grooving, grinding, and beveling to prepare pipe ends for fitting.
- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure down to fine fractions.
- Safely handle, position, and inspect heavy pipe stock.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Experience: Metal fabrication background in the pipe industry (knowledge of pipe sizing/schedules required).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with plasma cutting, pipe grooving, grinding, and power tools.
- Math & Measurement: Must be able to read a tape measure with 100% accuracy.
- Environment: Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse .
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for full 8-hour shifts.
