This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for embedded controls and their associated digital ecosystems—translating customer insights, regulatory requirements, and system-level needs into clear, actionable product and software specifications. We are seeking a technically strong product leader with proven experience defining requirements for connected control systems, particularly where physical hardware and cloud services intersect in residential-scale energy environments. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape reliable, intuitive, and future-ready solutions that power and protect homes.**Major Responsibilities*** Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.* Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.* Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.* Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.**Minimum Job Requirements**Education:* Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.**Work Experience:*** 3+ years of professional experience including 1+ years of experience in product management or related fields.**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities*** Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving results.* focused on hands-on execution and operational management of a specific product area, laying the groundwork for broader product management responsibilities.**Physical Demands**: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
