Position Highlights

• 13-week travel contract
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed
• One weekend on-call every 4 weeks
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.43/mile
• Coverage area: Bartow & Paulding Counties
• Productivity: 30 points per week

✅ Requirements

• Active Georgia RN License
• Recent Home Health RN experience
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required
• Strong OASIS documentation skills
