You listen, coach, earn trust, and serve your team.SmartYou communicate clearly, stay organized, solve problems, and know how to bring people together to accomplish a common goal.We don’t expect perfection.We expect leaders who care about people and take pride in helping them succeed.What You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and production documentation.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand manufacturing processes.A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Reliable attendance and a professional, team-first attitude.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position directly supervises employees performing skilled manufacturing work.Responsibilities include planning work, assigning responsibilities, training employees, evaluating performance, recognizing achievement, addressing performance concerns, resolving employee issues, and supporting the continued development of your team in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role.You’ll regularly work around moving machinery, industrial equipment, dirty or oily conditions, and a loud manufacturing environment.
