The Josh Carter State Farm Agency is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys talking with people, and wants to build a successful career in sales. You'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills, earn commissions based on your performance, and make a meaningful difference by helping customers protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

Connect with prospective customers and identify opportunities to earn their business.
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
Build relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs.
Present and recommend auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Work collaboratively with a team focused on growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
