Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Summary:

Receiving, processing, documenting, photographing, and storing vehicles in the storage lot. Escorts wrecker operators to drop/pick up vehicles to/from a holding stall. Operates standard and automatic shift vehicles. Perform a mass inventory of vehicles periodically.

Job Duties:

• Data entry duties and forklift (certification is preferred)
• Assists customers
• Drive and operate a Class A Wrecker, forklift, or other authorized equipment
• Escorts owners to vehicles to retrieve property.
• Verifies information on tow-in-tickets
• Files and maintains vehicle records using various computer applications.
• Collects and processes payments for wrecker bills, storage, and administrative fees.
• Performs general housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans as needed
• Performs additional functions as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have forklift experience. Certification is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have data entry and customer service experience
• Must pass the police background check and drug screening

Shifts:

Monday – Sunday, rotating shifts, and days off

1st shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
2nd shift: 4;00 pm - Midnight
Shift times will vary, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends
