Sugaring NYC Charlotte is growing, and we're looking for the right Licensed Esthetician to join our team.

Newly licensed? We want to hear from you.

You do not need previous sugaring experience. We provide hands-on training and are willing to invest in the right person. We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, personable, coachable and genuinely excited about building a career in esthetics.

What You'll Do

As a Sugarista, you'll be trained to provide Sugaring NYC's signature organic hair-removal services while creating an experience that makes clients want to return.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing professional sugaring hair-removal services
• Providing select esthetic services, including vajacials, brow and lash services
• Building relationships with clients and encouraging rebooking
• Educating clients about aftercare and home-care products
• Recommending products, packages and memberships when appropriate
• Maintaining clean and sanitary treatment rooms
• Helping with daily studio responsibilities
• Participating in occasional social media content and studio promotions
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive work environment

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for some evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to complete required training
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Sugaring experience is NOT required. Newly licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $12–$16 per hour + tips + performance incentives
Starting rate is based on experience, availability, client-service skills and qualifications. Paid sugaring training is provided.

Schedule

This is initially a part-time position . Candidates should have flexibility for evenings and Saturdays.

Additional hours may become available based on performance, client demand and studio needs.
