Senior Project Scheduler - Nuclear Projects

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed schedules for nuclear projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications and maintenance rules.
- Assist in maintaining lifecycle project schedules and ensuring their integrity.
- Implement scheduling methodology based on industry best practices.
- Support project scheduling for biennial refueling outages.
- Work with project managers to develop and update schedules for online, outage, and life-cycle projects.
- Ensure schedules are accurate, coherent, and timely, meeting project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide support in the upkeep of schedules, maintaining high levels of accuracy and alignment with the project’s goals.
- Assist with integrating scheduling tools like Passport and Primavera, ensuring smooth data transfer and schedule updates.
- Collaborate with teams, disciplines, and plant organizations to develop integrated plant schedules.
- Communicate project schedules, risks, and technical details to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Skills:
- Primavera Scheduling Tools: Proficiency in Primavera 106 (or equivalent) and Passport scheduling program interface.
- Work Management Software: Experience with Passport or similar systems used for work management and interfaces with scheduling tools.
- Project Management Software: Familiarity with scheduling, report development, and database management tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, SQL-based query reports).
- Risk Management: Knowledge of risk management processes within nuclear project scheduling.
- Preventative Maintenance Program: Understanding of Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program.
- Report Development: Ability to develop reports using Crystal Reports or similar software.
- Scheduling Methodology: Experience with implementing best practices in scheduling methodologies for nuclear power projects.
- Work Control Procedures: Knowledge of work control processes, system isolations, testing, and equipment restoration procedures.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and project schedules both verbally and in writing.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma.
