Business is booming across Metro NJ & NY, and we need an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and crush new growth. You'll walk into pre-verified appointments with an iPad, a full demo kit, and a product line homeowners actually want — your job is simply to close and lead.

Average commission: $1000 – $1,400 per closed sale.

Earning potential: $100,000 – $300,000+ per year (uncapped).

BUSINESS IS BOOMING. We are in expansion mode and adding on roofing & gutters & have plans for expanding into western NJ, PA, & Delaware. We are seeking an additional Sales Manager to aid in our growth and help manage the sales team!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Visiting NJ & NY homeowners to assess their window and door needs.

Conducting an informal but accurate presentation of our popular home improvement solutions to solve their problems.

Using your persuasive skills and friendly disposition to facilitate orders.

Who we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of in-home or face-to-face B2C sales experience
• Proven leader who can motivate a team while still closing personal deals
• Persuasive, assertive, and competitive — you thrive under pressure
• Excellent presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
• Willing to work within our proven sales system
• Available 4 evenings/week (Mon–Fri, appointments ~6 PM) and every Saturday (9 AM–5 PM)
• Able to drive up to 90 minutes to appointments — clean driving record required
• Must pass drug test and background check
