Job Overview

Join a growing manufacturing team responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting precision products in a clean, climate-controlled environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and comfort working with small parts and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect products according to work instructions and quality standards.

• Perform basic testing and verification using production equipment and measuring tools.

• Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns.

• Read and follow drawings, schematics, and production documentation.

• Load materials, components, and parts into fixtures or equipment.

• Package and label finished products for shipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Required Skills

• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical documents.

• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work with small components.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with precision assembly or testing.

• Familiarity with technical drawings or schematics.

• Experience using microscopes, magnification equipment, or other inspection tools.

• Soldering or wiring experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Clean, organized, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.

• First-shift schedule, Monday through Friday.

• Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
