Candidates must be comfortable working from blueprints and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core weldingRead and interpret blueprints and weld symbolsFabricate, assemble, and repair metal structuresInspect welds for accuracy and structural integrityMaintain welding equipment and toolsFollow OSHA and company safety proceduresMeet production deadlines while maintaining qualityRequired Skills1+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial settingAbility to pass a weld testAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyExperience working from blueprintsKnowledge of basic fabrication techniquesStrong attention to detailPreferred QualificationsWelding certification (AWS preferred)Experience with structural steel or pipe weldingExperience in oil & gas or heavy manufacturingPlasma cutting or torch experience
