Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Sycamore, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of our components. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! First and second shifts available.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using measuring tools.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role. set-up a plus. Mills and Lathes
Strong understanding of CNC machinery Mills and Lathes
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
