Pay: $48.27/hr. on w2.

Develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and align seamlessly with our organizational goals.
Deliver invaluable insights to our business, ranging from talent and competitor intelligence to designing effective employer branding strategies.
Build, strengthen, and expand our key businesses by ensuring that our talent needs are met and exceeded.
Craft forward-thinking recruitment strategies that magnetize top-notch talent and harmonize flawlessly with our organizational objectives.
Lead various teams in implementing advanced staffing initiatives.
Shape hiring decisions across the organization and at all levels by delivering training and applying expertise in behaviProductased interviewing.
Engage actively with the external marketplace to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving landscape.
Achieve team and individual goals in an environment that thrives on execution excellence.

Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
Minimum 6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or relevant applicable experience.
Experience with direct sourcing strategy and execution.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment databases and best practices.
Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Preferred
Experience recruiting high caliber and highly skilled talent.
Experience with recruitment marketing strategy and execution.
Demonstrated ability to understand the industry and analyze external market trends to impact a robust recruitment strategy
