Key Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate crew members to deliver a delicious and friendly guest experience
• Set goals, assign jobs, and provide timely feedback to support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results effectively with your team
• Support training efforts and foster a positive, enthusiastic workplace culture

Operational Excellence

• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed accurately
• Resolve guest concerns promptly using Dunkin's recommended recovery process
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong math and writing skills
• Experience in restaurant or retail or supervisory roles preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to lead a team effectively .. .. .. ..…
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable); High School diploma or equivalent preferred
