Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients and spa clients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments for medical spa services and provider consultations
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage front desk communications
• Process payments, manage patient accounts, and handle billing transactions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical office, medical spa, or luxury spa/salon setting preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy front desk environment
• Professional appearance and a passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry
