Commercial Account Executive

Commercial Account Executive Responsible for selling Fountain solutions to large employers in industries where the hourly workforce is core to business operations, including retail, hospitality, logistics, professional services, and healthcare. Prospect key accounts within your territory, building a sustainable pipeline in partnership with marketing and sales development Promote Fountain’s vision, products, and value proposition with a value‑first approach to selling solutions Manage a complex enterprise sales process, working with and driving consensus among stakeholders in HR, recruiting, operations, IT, and other corporate functions Close new accounts for 5–6‑figure annual recurring revenue Set up customers for long‑term success, selling with honesty and integrity Track all customer information and progress in Salesforce and other Fountain tools Contribute to a culture of accountability and a team‑selling approach Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with a heavy emphasis on selling business solutions to senior executives Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing 5–6‑figure deals Strong knowledge of technology solutions serving the recruiting, HR, and/or hourly workforce market Prior experience in startup organizations and selling products that are novel or require creativity and evangelism 2 or more years of experience working 100% remotely Willingness to travel often for events (1+ per month) Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD + commission, depending on location and experience Sales Development Representative Responsible for turning AI‑generated intelligence into conversations with senior talent leaders, VPs, and operations executives, supporting the AI‑powered Signal Engine that identifies where to call and what to say. Respond to a daily call sheet generated by the Signal Engine containing ranked prospects based on real‑time data Create personalized outreach using automated email sequences and AI‑generated call briefs Build rapport, navigate objections, and secure high‑value meetings in real time Provide feedback on prospect interactions to refine the engine’s intelligence Manage a high volume of qualified leads while maintaining call capacity Qualifications 2–5 years in B2B SDR/BDR roles, with a history of booking meetings and hitting quotas Curiosity about AI and new sales processes; excitement for smarter ways to sell Ability to read AI‑generated call briefs and translate data into natural conversation within 30 seconds Experience selling into HR, talent acquisition, or operations leaders is a strong plus Comfort speaking on frontline hiring topics such as hourly hiring and crew scheduling Salary Range: $55,000 - $90,000 USD + commission, depending on location and experience Senior Software Engineer Part of a dedicated team of four developers focused on building new products and features across the Fountain suite, delivering platform and product enhancements, and maintaining high‑traffic critical systems. Develop, maintain, and test critical high‑traffic systems Collaborate with product teams to deliver customer value Improve developer experience and system performance, security, and stability Lead key software architecture decisions and implement reactive systems Drive innovation with AI tools and develop agentic AI‑driven systems Engage in code reviews and pair programming to uphold code excellence Identify and resolve performance constraints for peak speed and scalability Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and enhance user experience Qualifications Minimum 5 years of extensive backend‑oriented software engineering experience Demonstrated track record in product‑focused software development and complex architectures Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to use AI tools effectively Ability to translate enterprise customer needs into clean, secure, and scalable code Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in startup or remote international environments Benefits Competitive health plans and a retirement plan, flexible vacation policy, paid holidays, monthly lunch stipends, annual allowances for ongoing education, home office, cell phone, and wellness reimbursements.
