Customer Service Representative
Location : American Canyon, CA 94503
Reports to : Customer Service Manager

What You’ll Do:- Manage a high volume of customer service emails with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Assist with processing, exporting, and printing wine orders
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer care in a fast-paced environment
- Multitask across systems and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills and excellent typing ability
- Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-based, fast-moving environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when needed
- Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is a plus, but not required
- Competitive hourly pay: $22–$26 DOE (non-exempt)
