Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting order processing, invoicing, service requests, and issue resolution while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Competitive pay Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k + match, HSA Generous PTO & sick time Career growth in a company that invests in its people What You’ll Do Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner Process and track customer orders accurately Assist with invoicing, billing questions, and order status updates Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Maintain accurate customer records in company systems Support general administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred) Prior customer service experience in a contact center, administrative, or service-oriented environment required.
