Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Answer incoming calls in a professional manner. Provide assistance, information, and exceptional customer service. Lead Conversion Engage with customers to understand their needs. Answer questions and recommend appropriate services. Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. Scheduling Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals. Ensure timely and efficient project completion. Customer Follow-Up Confirm appointments. Gather customer feedback. Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests within our CRM system. Team Collaboration Work closely with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently. Qualifications Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and friendly phone manner. Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency Experience with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
