Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
• Educate customers on products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Process orders, requests, account updates, and other customer-related transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements during all customer interactions.
• Identify customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and productivity goals.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills to provide accurate information and support.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and participating in team initiatives.
• Utilize Prophet 21 system for all order entry's.
