Location: Chandler, AZ (Fully Onsite)

Contract: 10/5/2026 10/4/2027 (Potential for Extension or Permanent Placement)

Pay Rate: $21.00/HR, Paid Weekly

Shift Availability: Multiple Shift Available Below

Training: Held Monday Friday from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM PST. Upon completion of training, employees will transition to the schedule selected at the time of the offer.

REQUIRED skills:

REQUIREMENT of 2 or more years of customer service experience and below skills.

ATTENDENCE IS A MUST IN THIS ROLE!

Must possess the skills to navigate between multiple screens/systems and keep the client/internal partner fully engaged, while quickly and accurately typing relevant notes and information

Computer Literacy and proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is a REQUIREMENT

Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high call volume, and constant changing call center environment

Strong communications skills, great grammar, and the ability to communicate with management, peers, and clients

Robust customer service skills and the ability to resolve and de-escalate difficult situations and prevent client dissatisfaction with respect and poise

Positive attitude that embracing coaching as an opportunity to improvement in current role

Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information in a responsible manner.

Ambitious and self-motivating

Workplace Expectations:

• Cell Phones: The manager will review designated areas and approved times for personal phone calls.
• Dress Code: Professional business-casual attire is required for both the interview and the assignment.
• Attendance: Consistent daily attendance is required. Employees must follow the proper call-out procedures and notify the attendance line, direct supervisor, and staffing vendor of any absence.
• Punctuality: Employees are allotted up to 16 hours of time off during their first 90 days. Candidates are strongly encouraged not to schedule time off during training.
• Training Environment: Candidates must be comfortable participating in virtual training while onsite. Please do not bring personal comfort items, such as blankets, into the workplace.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology
