Senior Oncology Account Specialist Breast Cancer Westchester, NY

Pfizer seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote its cancer care portfolio and build relationships with healthcare providers across the Northeast. The role involves educating clinicians on appropriate product use, managing high-value accounts, and driving demand for Pfizer's oncology therapies in assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists in assigned territory
- Educate healthcare professionals on appropriate product use and disease management strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive product demand and achieve objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and high-priority customers at institutions
- Assess customer needs and deliver targeted solutions using appropriate Pfizer resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience (or high school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience)
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as required
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales or HCP engagement with oncology thought leaders
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and scientific communication
- Breast cancer therapeutic area experience strongly preferred; 3-5 years oncology sales preferred
Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
